Mr Kopas is Managing Director of West Wind Ventures Ltd. Previously he was a Founding Director and CFO of STE (Clean Recycling and Energy) Plc, a UK-based waste recycling business, where he led the business’ expansion and expanded licensing and staff recruitment.

 

At STE he also initiated a series of significant funding rounds, raising over $85 million from investors including Goldman Sachs, Fidelity, Impax and Aston Hill Financial. Prior to this, he was Co-Founder of KC Capital and a Corporate Financier at UBS Warburg.

 

He has a BA from Dalhousie University, Canada and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
